Who we are
This website belongs to Studio Lege Artis, a wedding photography and film studio. The business behind it, and the controller of your personal data, is:

What we collect
We only collect what you send us yourself:
- Contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number (if you add it) and your message.
- Package request: your first and last name, email address, phone number, wedding location, wedding date (if you add it), your message, and the package and extras you chose.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to tell us when you contact us directly.
- Offers and contracts: if we send you an offer and you accept it, the details you add for the contract and the record of your electronic signature, see Offers, contracts and your gallery.
- Your online gallery: the email addresses that can sign in to it, when you sign in, which photos you mark as favourites and the links you create for your family.
- How you found us: with a form, we also save the first page you opened on this visit and the website or ad campaign that brought you here (for example Instagram or a Google search), so we know which channels work. Your browser keeps this only until you close the tab.
Like any website, our hosting provider briefly processes technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this to identify you.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message and send you the price of the package you asked about.
- To prepare an offer and, if you book us, to plan and deliver your wedding or project and fulfil our contract.
- To conclude our contract with you online and to be able to prove, if ever needed, who signed it and when.
- To deliver your photos and films through your private online gallery and remind you before it closes.
- To keep the records that accounting and tax law require once you become a client.
We use your data because you asked us to contact you, to take steps towards a contract with you, and to meet our legal obligations. We never sell your data, and we do not send newsletters or marketing emails.
Where it is stored
We work with a small number of trusted providers who process data only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and its database, stores our photos, your gallery and signed contracts, and turns signed contracts into PDF files. Cloudflare may process data in the European Union, the United States and other countries, protected by its data processing terms and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Resend sends the emails from this website: confirmations, offers, signing codes, signed contracts and gallery links and reminders. Our emails are sent from Resend's servers in the European Union (Ireland); Resend is a US company, so its data processing terms and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply.
- Our email provider in Bosnia and Herzegovina hosts the mailbox where your messages arrive.
- PostHog (servers in the European Union) measures how our website is used, seeCookies. PostHog also receives from Resend a copy of the delivery records of the emails this website sends (recipient address, subject, date and whether it was delivered), so we can check that our emails arrive.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel measure our ads, only if you allow marketing cookies, see Cookies.
Only the studio owners and the staff who handle your enquiry can see your details.
How long we keep it
If you do not book us, we delete your enquiry within two years of our last contact. If you do book us, we keep your details for as long as the contract requires, and invoices and related records for as long as accounting and tax law require. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.
A signed contract and its signing record are kept for as long as claims under the contract can be made and as accounting and tax law require. Your online gallery and all files in it are deleted automatically when the period agreed for it ends, plus seven days; we email you reminders before that. An offer you did not accept is deleted together with your enquiry.
Offers, contracts and your gallery
Offers. We send you an offer as a private link. We record when the offer is opened (time, IP address, country and browser), so we know you received it.
Contracts. When you accept an offer, you enter the full names and email addresses of the people who sign, and your address. The contract is made from the offer and these details, and a fingerprint of its text (SHA-256) is stored so that nobody can change it afterwards. Each signer confirms their signature with a one-time code sent to their own email address. With each signature we keep the typed name, the drawn signature if you add one, the time, the IP address, the country and the browser and device used. This record is printed on the last page of the contract and proves, for both sides, who signed and when. Both sides receive the signed contract as a PDF by email, and it stays available through your link. The legal basis is our contract with you and our legitimate interest in being able to prove it.
Your gallery. Your final photos and films are delivered in a private gallery that only the email addresses we add can open, with a sign-in link sent by email. We record when you sign in, which photos you mark as favourites and the links you create for family and friends; for those links we count how often they are opened, not who opens them. Anyone with such a link can see what you chose to share, until you or we switch it off.
Photos and films
The weddings, photos and films on this website are published with the consent of the couples in them. If you appear in one of them and would like it removed, write to us and we will take it down.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct anything that is wrong or incomplete,
- delete your data, unless we must keep it by law,
- limit how we use it, or object to its use,
- send your data to you or another provider in a common format.
Write to info@studiolegeartis.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (azlp.ba) or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
When our website or the way we work changes, we update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
