Who we are
This website belongs to Studio Lege Artis, a wedding and commercial photography and film studio. The business behind it, and the controller of your personal data, is:

What we collect
We only collect what you send us yourself:
- Contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number (if you add it) and your message.
- Package request: your first and last name, email address, phone number, wedding location, wedding date (if you add it), your message, and the package and extras you chose.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to tell us when you contact us directly.
Like any website, our hosting provider briefly processes technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this to identify you.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message and send you the price of the package you asked about.
- To prepare an offer and, if you book us, to plan and deliver your wedding or project and fulfil our contract.
- To keep the records that accounting and tax law require once you become a client.
We use your data because you asked us to contact you, to take steps towards a contract with you, and to meet our legal obligations. We never sell your data, and we do not send newsletters or marketing emails.
Where it is stored
We work with a small number of trusted providers who process data only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and its database, stores our photos and sends the emails the forms trigger. Cloudflare may process data in the European Union, the United States and other countries, protected by its data processing terms and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Our email provider in Bosnia and Herzegovina hosts the mailbox where your messages arrive.
Only the studio owners and the staff who handle your enquiry can see your details.
How long we keep it
If you do not book us, we delete your enquiry within two years of our last contact. If you do book us, we keep your details for as long as the contract requires, and invoices and related records for as long as accounting and tax law require. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.
Photos and films
The weddings, photos and films on this website are published with the consent of the couples in them. If you appear in one of them and would like it removed, write to us and we will take it down.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct anything that is wrong or incomplete,
- delete your data, unless we must keep it by law,
- limit how we use it, or object to its use,
- send your data to you or another provider in a common format.
Write to info@studiolegeartis.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (azlp.ba) or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
When our website or the way we work changes, we update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
